UCMAS Abacus holds 9th J&K State Level Prize Distribution ceremony

JAMMU, May 12: UCMAS, a Malaysia based organization pioneering in Abacus based brain development program held its 9th J&K State Level Prize Distribution ceremony at Abhinav Theater, here today.
The event was witnessed by more than 1200 people including 500 participating student and 60 others who have graduated from UCMAS.
The prize distribution function was organized in two time slots. In the first slot, the chief guest was Former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, while Sanjeev Vaid, Assistant Governor and Past President Rotary Club Jammu City was guest of honour. In the second slot, guest of honour was Yudhvir Sethi, State General Secretary, BJP J&K.
Rupesh Masson, Director, UCMAS J&K presented the welcome address and apprised the parents about UCMAS National Level Abacus Competition, which will be held on July 20 and 21 at Kolkatta. He informed that the students undergoing UCMAS course in J&K are eligible to participate in this National competition.
The students, who secured first position on 1 to 8th level are Aayansh Sharma, Harshveer Singh, Gurleen Kour, Vihaan Suri, Sandhya Sharma, Shaurya Mahajan, Ridhaan Bhan, Nilansh Gupta, Saideep Sharma, Abhiuday Gupta, Mayank Verma, Kashish Rajput, Nirmaya Gupta, Hitdveen Kour, Neelaksh Pargal, Badal Jasmotra, Sumukhi, Saksham Kotwal, Shubham Bhagat, Asran Qudir, Anya Khanna, Prisha Sharma and Vivek Langeh.
The second position holders are Samaaira Dewan, Abhir Magotra, Dhruv Singh, Ananya Aggarwal, Sumedha, Naman Manya, Aarav Gupta, Abhav Jain, Danish Radha, Akash Jasmotra, Shaurya gupta, Suneeti Sharma, Intisar Ansar, Geetanjali Idhant, Mitansh Mahajan, Syed Lisan Mohammad, Summat Singh, Haripriya Sharma, Ashmita Basan, Ripunjya Gupta, Guneet Kour and Akash Sadotra.
The third position holders are Ashish Bhagat, Sanvi Gupta, Anmol Sharma, Tanuveer Singh, Vishal Galotra, Arihant A. Singh, Seerat Choudhary, Aaditi Zutshi, Nainish Nagra, Smarth Saini, Aryan Gupta, Satvik Bangotra, Rakshan Mahajan, Gunin Choudhary, Abheer Mahajan, Ayan Aslam, Tabish Naik, Vihan Krishen Bhan, Raghav Bajaj, Maahir Arora and Janya Sharma.
The fourth position holders are Marhoof Parvez, Aarav Thakur, Venisha Aggarwal, Avni Uppal, Gaurang Dhar, Daksh Srivastava, Vanya Raina, Aryan Jaiswal, Riya Sharma, Samanyu Sharma, Krishav Sharma, Prabdeep Singh, Rishit Mattoo, Sampreet Singh, Nayan Gupta, Bhumika, Dherya and Angel Dubey.
The fifth position holder students were Ayan Sharma, Swastie Gupta, Mantisha, Zayin Dobriyal, Aadrika Sharma, Hari Khajuria, Kritika Patel, Priyanjal Sanga, Amrit Singh, Simran, Prabmeet Singh, Aaditya Kotwal, Shivin Singh, Priyakshi Gupta, Aditi Choudhary, Divyansh Majotra, Pragun Sharma, Pavani Gupta, Namish Gupta and Vidhan Mahajan.
The Champions of various groups include Aagman Gupta, Smarty Mehra, Rishab Qazi, Aanandi Zutshi, Dyuti Sharma, Yashvardhan Singh Rawat and Aahan Bhat.
Akshra Bloria and Bhargavi were declared as Champion of Champions.
In the end, Sonia Masson, Director, UCMAS J&K presented vote of thanks.
