JAMMU, Feb 17: Hockey J&K is going to organise selection trials for the upcoming Junior Women Hockey National Championship at KK Hakku Stadium, here from February 22 to 23 at 3 pm.
The 12th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship 2022 is scheduled to be held at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh from March 23 to April 3.
After the selection trials, a training camp for the championship will be held at the same venue from February 24 to March 16.
Interested players may join the trials on the scheduled dates. The player must be born after 1/1/2003 and should be registered on the MU portal of Hockey India. The player will only be eligible to represent his team in only one event i.e. either participate in J&K unit member National Championship or inter-departmental National Championship or Academy Unit National Championship.
A player will be allowed to participate in only one of the categories i.e. senior or junior or sub junior national championship.
