JAMMU, Sept 18: Excited students and euphoric teachers and management of the Roop Nagar Branch received their hero Surya Bhanu Pratap Singh with shouts, shrieks and slogans and were thrilled to have their colleague and student of their school among them in the School Auditorium, here today.
Principal of the Institution, Deepali Handa presented a long list of Surya Bhanu Partap Singh’s achievements during the school time at school, state, inter-state, national and international level.
Among the thunderous applause of the joyous students, the Principal congratulated Bhanu Partap for becoming the first sportsperson from J&K to win bronze medal at the Asian Games held at Jakarta in Indonesia recently.
Veena Handa, Chairperson of the Tiny Tots Group of Schools presented him with a trophy and thanked all institutions and platforms where Bhanu was facilitated. Managing Directors and Principals of other branches, Deepak Handa, Vikram Handa and Gurpreet Handa also lauded the achievements of the son of the soil.
