SRINAGAR, June 29: To organize the 33rd Boys and 17th Girls Wrestling Championship in a befitting manner, the organizers held a meeting of the technical officials, here today.
26 teams drawn from various States and Union Territories are participating in the Championship, which include around 700 players and officials.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dushyant Sharma, president J&K Wrestling Association to review the preparation and arrangements for successful conduct of the Championship.
The meeting among others was attended by Raj Singh, general secretary Wrestling Federation of India, PN Prasad, Director of the Competition, N Phoni, vice president Wrestling Federation of India, Suresh Kumar Upadhay, Ajay Vaid, secretary J&K Wrestling Association, Raju Sharma, Dheeraj Sharma and Narinder Mhajan, besides coaches and managers of different States.
