JAMMU, Sept 26: Two days Sub Regional Social Science Exhibition to promote harmony and the spirit of brotherhood organised by Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Sunjuwan, concluded today.
The activities conducted in these two days included English and Hindi debate competition, quiz competition, projects depicting on different topics, skits, group dances and group songs.
In this exhibition, 13 KVs and 354 participants from Jammu and Akhnoor cluster participated.
On the occasion, Colonel Rattan Singh from 36 Infantry, Bde, Sunjuwan, was the chief guest, while, Usha Shamindra, Assistant Commissioner, KVS (JR) Jammu, was the guest of honour.
Colonel Rattan Singh, in his speech emphasized that the teachers are the nation builders and founder of the child’s destiny, who pave the path of success and glory for the students.
Usha Shamindra, stressed the students to remain focused and motivated them to put their heart and soul to achieve the desired goal in life.
Earlier, TR Choudhary, Principal, KV Sunjuwan, presented the welcome post, followed by cultural bonanza by the students.
At the end, VP Sharma, TGT, Sanskrit, presented vote of thanks.
