JAMMU, Mar 22: J&K Sub-Junior Wushu team left for participation in the 21st Sub-Junior National Wushu Championship, scheduled to be held at Noorul Islam University, Kanyakumari Tamil Nadu.
The 35 member team was shortlisted by the Screening Committee of J&K Sports Council, which left for Tamil Nadu from here today.
The championship will commence on March 25 and culminate on March 31.
The team was flagged off by Ashok Singh (Divisional Sports Officer Jammu) in presence of Satish Gupta Manager Indoor Stadium. Ashi Jamwal, Irfan Ahmed and Sher Bahadur accompanied the team as coaches.
