SRINAGAR, Mar 22: First J&K UT level Shootingball Championship 2021-22, organized by J&K Shootingball Association in collaboration with J&K Sports Council and under the aegis of Shootingball Federation of India, concluded at Gindun Ground Raj Bagh, here today in which participants from 10 districts under the different age categories including Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior as well as Men/Women took part.
Syed Mohammad Syed (Corporator SMC) was the chief guest, while Imran Shah (Chairman Legends School) and Manzoor Ahmad Qadri (Principal Legends School) were among guests of honour on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest congratulated all participants in general and winners as well as runners in particular.
District Ganderbal (Men & Women) won the finals in senior category, while Budgam in Junior Boys and Bandipora lifted the title in junior girl’s category.
Earlier, Madam Nusrat Gazala (Sports Officer Central) J&K Sports Council declared the tournament open which was sponsored by Shugul Foundation and Legends School Kanitar Srinagar.
