JAMMU, Sept 15: Two students of Doon International School Jammu namely Rhythm and Palkeet Singh excelled in the 21st National Wushu Championship recently held at Calicut in Kerala.
The championship was organized by Wushu Association of India, wherein Palkeet Singh of Class VIII added one more feather in the cap of DIS by winning the Bronze medal in 21st National Wushu Championship.
Chairman GN Tantray and Principal Dr Vikesh Kaur congratulated the students for their splendid achievement and wished them good luck for the further high level championships in the future.
They also appreciated the relentless efforts of the Wushu coach of the School, Appu Jamwal for this achievement.
