SAMBA, Sept 21: Sonu wrestler of Jalandhar won the wrestling title by defeating wrestler Diler of Jammu.
One-day Dangal was organized by the local Dangal committee at village Chak Dulma on the International Border at Rajpura Tehsil of this district.
Sonu was awarded with Rs 6000 prize and runner-up wrestler Diler was given Rs 5000 reward.
While honoring the wrestlers, the committee asked the youth to participate in sports vigorously and keep a distance from bad company.
Sarpanch Radhe Sham, Dharam Pal Sharma, President of Seema Jan Kalyan Samba Subhash Sharma, Yashpal Sharma, Ashok Kumar and many others were present on the occasion.
