JAMMU, Dec 26: Shaheen Football Club and Young Rovers registered wins over their rivals in the Senior Division Football League Tournament 2018-19, being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (DFA), here.
In the first match, Shaheen FC defeated Young Hero’s by three goals to nil (3-0). Anish, Rajinder and Rishab scored the goals in 35th, 40th and 60th minutes respectively.
In another match, Young Rovers defeated Young Star by a solitary goal (1-0). For Young Rovers Ujjwal was the goal scorer in 23rd minute.
The matches were officiated by Suresh Gupta, Dil Bahadur, Abhishek, Rocky Sharma, Ajay Kumar, Koushal Sharma and Vijay Kumar.
In tomorrow’s fixture, Jammu Sports will take on Shaheen Blue at 1:30 pm, while Climate FC will lock horns with Mussa FC at 3 pm.
