JAMMU, Jan 20: Reasi Cricket Club defeated Nagrota Fighter Cricket Club (NFCC) by 6 wickets in the ongoing KC Sports Club Cricket Cup 2018 at KC School ground, here.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, NFCC scored a fighting total of 132 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Rahul was the top scorer with magnificent 45 runs, while Raju contributed 18 runs to the total. From Reasi Cricket Club, Kapil took 3 important wickets, while Nitin claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, Reasi Cricket Club chased the target by losing 4 wickets, thus won the match by 6 wickets. Kapil played a brilliant innings of 58 runs, while Amit contributed valuable 37 runs to the total. From NFCC, Jatin, Shami, Ranjeet and Vishal claimed one wicket each. Kapil of Reasi Cricket Club was declared as the man of the match for his brilliant all-round show.
