JKFA Annual League Football Tournament

SRINAGAR, July 13: Real Kashmir Football Club thrashed Food & Supplies XI by five goals to nil (5-0) in the Premier Division match of the ongoing State Annual League Football tournament at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground, here.
Both the teams started with a good note, dribbling short passes and creating gaps. It was in the 13th minute of the first half that RKFC made a good move, penetrating the defence of F&S XI and Suhail made no mistake in scoring the first goal. At the end of the first half, the score was 1:0 in favour of RKFC.
RKFC boys dominated the show in the 2nd half of the match and disturbed the defence line of F&S XI completely. RKFC scored four goals in the second half. Shahid scored two goals while Aamir and Naish netted one goal each.
Earlier, the 1st match of Super Division was played between Young Iqbal FC and Jehlum Sports. Both the teams played well but could not score. The match ended in a draw.
The tournament is being organized by the District Football Association Srinagar, in collaboration with Medical Partner Rahim Green and Football Sponsor Sports International (VECTOR).
