REASI, Apr 10: Reasi Challengers (RC) got better of over Brand Street Delhi by a margin of 53 runs in the ongoing Reasi Chenab Premier League, being played at Sports Stadium, here today.
Batting first, RC scored a total of 186 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Sahil Dutta made 20 runs, while Aakash scored 65 runs and Chander Paul Saini and Ankush Bandral contributed 41 and 19 runs respectively. From the bowling side, Lakshay took 3 wickets, while Monu got 2 wickets and Tarun claimed 1 wicket.
In reply, Delhi bundled out at 133 runs in 19 overs and lost the match by 53 runs. Tarun made 33 runs, whereas Nitin and Ranjit contributed 27 and 14 runs respectively. From the bowling side, Chander Paul Saini and Sunil took 3 wickets each, while Sunny, Salman and Ashu clinched 1 wicket each.
Chander Paul Saini was declared as man of the match for his outstanding performance with bat and bowl.
