JAMMU, Feb 27: Pushp Vatika, a play way school today organised inter-school dance competition for class UKG here.
In the competition, five schools including RMPS, Pushp Vatika Gandhi Nagar, Kids World Playway School, Silver Spoon Playway School and the host school participated.
Bharat Bushan Kocher, Corporator of Jawahar Nagar and Deepak Sharma, a Government teacher were the guests and judges of the competition.
The function started with the lighting of the traditional lamp, followed by students of different schools who displayed their talent on the theme ‘Best Dance of 1970’s’.
Pushp Vatika Gandhi Nagar claimed 1st position, Silver Spoon Playway School bagged 2nd position and RMPS got 3rd position.
The guest of the event appreciated the participants. Prizes and mementos were distributed to winners.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by co-ordinator of the function.
