JAMMU, June 29: Premier Parade Sports Association (PSA) and prominent Laxmi Cricket Club (LCC) held physiotherapy sessions and medical examination of the young cricketers undergoing extensive training and coaching during a month-long Summer Camp at Parade ground, here.
Dr Anil Kumar Mahajan, a renowned Ayurvedist, Senior Cricketer and General Secretary of Parade Sports Association examined the budding cricketers and gave them significant tips regarding life style and food habits for physical and mental development, besides bestowing them knowledge about do’s and do-not’s.
Dr Mahajan was assisted by Sanjay Bali, Lab Technologist during the medical examination.
Meanwhile, J&K ace BCCI accredited physiotherapist, Dr Karan Nayar made the young cricketers aware of the basic concepts of physiotherapy and taught them application of physiotherapy techniques for longevity of their cricketing careers.
