TS7 Lawn Tennis C’ship underway

JAMMU, Feb 6: On the second day of the TS7 Lawn Tennis Championship at Maulana Azad Stadium, eight pre-quarterfinal matches in boys and four quarterfinal matches in girl’s categories were held here today.
As per the results available, pre-quarter’s boy’s category, Hardeep Singh Soodan beat Aryan Singh (8-0), Dixit beat Mohammad Qais Sofi (8-3), Aahan Bhat beat Manas Nasra (8-2), Abhyam Verma beat Vivek Mehta (8-4), Vinamr Gupta beat Digvijay Bareja (8-5), Abhirath Thappa beat Usman Bhat (8-5), Aryan Razdan beat Anahad Dogra (8-0) and Ranveer Choudhary beat Armaan Dua (8-6).
While in girl’s quarter final matches, Devinaa Rawlley beat Japman Sarin (8-2), Erin Mir beat Akansha Singh (8-1) Yagyavee Kunjan beat Sumati Mehta (8-1) and Anandita Gurung beat Rudhi Kashap (8-6).
The matches are being supervised by the officials of All India Tennis Association (AITA) and supervised by the vice president JKLTA, Hanumant Singh.
