JAMMU, Oct 6: IPF Adhoc Committee Jammu is conducting trails for upcoming North Zone Power Lifting Championship to be held at Kapurthala Punjab from November 17 to 19.
All the power lifting players of J&K are informed to come for selection trails to be held on October 10 at BJD Friends Club Paloura.
The body weight will start at 9 am on October 10 and competition will start at 10:30 am.
