POONCH, Oct 8: Divisional Level Inter District Volleyball Tournament organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports for under-14 and 17 boys concluded at Sports Stadium and Government Degree College ground here today.
In under-17 category, Poonch beat Ramban by 3-0 sets in the summit clash, whereas in under-14 category, Ramban beat Poonch by 3-1 set.
On the occasion, Krishan Lal, Retd Sports Officer was the chief guest, who awarded the winners in presence of DYSSO Poonch Ayaz Khan, Narjeet Singh ZPEO, Pawan Kumar PEL, Nirdosh Kumar, Incharge Manager Sports Stadium Poonch, Bal Krishan, Narinder Singh PEM, Kewal Krishan PEM and Balwinder Singh PEM.
The matches were officiated by Narinder Singh PEM, Mohammad Tariq PEM, Sanjay Sharma PET, Neeraj Kumar VFI referee, Sourab Sharma PET, DK Raina PET, Asif Shah PET, Rameez Khan PET, Akhlaq PET, Ravi, Majid Dar, Davinder Singh PET, Rayzees Khan PET, Jatinderpal Sharma PET, Israr Hussian PET and Sourab Sharma PET.
Inter Division Volleyball Tournament for all age groups girls will commence on October 10.
