JAMMU, Dec 18: Players and teams showed promise and composure while vying for the top honours in various events held on day-2 of the Inter Zone Sports Meet, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department at Gulshan Ground, here today.
The events were held in Boxing (women), Archery (women), Athletics (men), Kabaddi (men), Basketball (men), Tug of War (men), Football and Volleyball.
In Basketball, Army Zone defeated Kashmir Zone by (50-20) points to enter finals, while in Kabaddi, Training Zone got the better of Jammu Zone by (49-22) points.
