Players finalised for Chess League

JAMMU, Aug 17: Players were finalized for the upcoming 3rd edition of Jammu Chess Premier League, being organized under the banner of Jammu District Chess Association, here today.
The league matches will be held on August 20 at Hotel Nek Below Gumat, here.
Four owners include Premier Chess Academy, owned by Ranjit, Vivek Chess Academy, owned by Vivek, Kings Knights, owned by Anil Abrol and White Knights owned by Atul Kumar Gupta and Baldev Raj who finalised the 20 players for the League.
Pool-A players will get Rs 5000 each, while Pool-B, C and D players will receive Rs 2000 each and Pool-E players will get Rs1000 each.
Five players will play in each team which comprises above 1500 rated players, below 1500 rated players, one woman, one under-14 and one under-10 player.
