Paramount Convent organizes poem recitation competition

JAMMU, May 28: Paramount Convent School organized a poem recitation competition for classes from Nursery to 1st in the School premises, here today.
Ninety five students participated in the competition and vied for the top honours.
Chander Kanta, Principal Nav Yug Higher Secondary School was the chief guest on the occasion.
The objective of the competition was to develop communication skills, build self confidence and remove the stage fear from the children.
The competition was judged by Principal of the School, Isha Manhas, while trophies were distributed among the winners by the chief guest.
From Nursery, Smiley was declared winner, while Aditya and Hitansh claimed second and third spots respectively.
From LKG, Radhika, Rohit and Sufihaan claimed first, second and third place respectively, while from UKG, Tejasvi, Vansh and Samragyi bagged the first three positions respectively.
From Class 1st, Aastha was the winner, while Rupesh and Akshit claimed second and third positions respectively.
