PATIALA, July 19: Represented by a good number of players from Jammu and Kashmir, North Zone Softball team reached semifinals of ongoing Inter Zonal Softball Championship held at Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab.
The team won the matches under the Captanship of Harsimrat Singh and the coach of the team is Rohit Jamwal.
North Zone Softball team won match from South Zone team with scores of 9-0 in 5 inings match. The score completed by Arun, Ajay, Harsimrat, Ayush, Vikram from North side.
And in another match in women’s section, North Zone women team lost to South Zone by 7-6 and defeated East Zone by 7-0.
