JAMMU, Dec 21: Nagrai Literary Forum supported by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Arts, Culture & Languages organized a quiz competition and Kashmiri Musharia program at Mixed Higher Secondary School Muthi, here.
Twelve students participated in the competition, wherein the general questions related to social, cultural events, basic scientific skills and current national and global issues were asked.
Kashmiri Mushaira programme was also held on the occasion, in which SK Pandita, Principal of the school was the chief guest. The programme was attended by story writer ML Pandita and social activist and writer PL Swadeshi and was conducted by Tej Sagar.
The participating students of the quiz were given letters of appreciation and top 3 students were rewarded with prizes.
Other poets and scholars who were present on this occasion included Prem Nath Pandita (Prem), Brij Nath (Hali), Chaman Pinguri, TN Vishwas, Sarita Raina, JL Jawhar, Kundan Paras, Ashok Dilbar, RL Tashna, Naveen Pandita, Dr Kuldeep Raina, Dulari Pandita, Meenakshi Koul, BN Ablash and Pyara Ji Hatash.
