NCC, FCC emerge winners

JAMMU, Mar 21: NCC beat BCC by 33 runs whereas FCC trounced VITASTA by 14 runs in the ongoing Navreh Premier League, being played at Bhalwal, here today.
Batting first, NCC scored 154 runs by losing seven wickets in stipulated 20 overs, while chasing the target, the BCC managed to score 121 runs in stipulated overs on the loss of four wickets and lost the match by 33 runs. Sunil Dutt was declared as man of the match.
In second match, the toss was won by FCC and they elected to bat first. FCC scored 155 runs with the loss of five wickets whereas the opponent team- VITAST failed to achieve the target and succeeded to make 141 runs by losing eight wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Deepak was declared as man of the match for clinching four important wickets in his four over spell.
