jammu, Dec 4: Market Bulls Sport Club entered into the finals by beating Youth Cricket Club convincingly in 2nd Diwali T20 Cup, being organized by Youth Welfare Association Cricket Club Simbal Camp at Government Boys High School, here today.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Market Bulls Sports Club made 187 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs Puneet scored 52 runs, while Ashu Kumar and Parvinder Singh contributed 34 and 24 runs to the total. For YCC, Parveen Kumar took 2 wickets and Kishor ,Shanu, Inderjeet and Lovely took one wicket each.
For Market Bulls Sports Club , Monu AND Ashu bagged 3 wickets each, while Uday , Bawa and Ashu Kumar took one wicket each.
In reply, Youth Cricket Club bundled out in 18.3 overs scoring 147 runs to lose the match by 40 runs. Jagandeep and Jyoti Kumar contributed 37 and 33 runs respectively, while Kishore chipped in with 21 runs. participate for innings.
For Market Bulls Sports Club, Ashu and Tinku took 2 wickets each, while Monu bagged 3 wickets.
Puneet was adjudged as man of the match for all-round performance.
The match was officiated by Kulbir Singh (Physical Education Master) and Gurvinderpal Singh as umpires, while Verjinder Singh maintained the scorebook.
