JAMMU, Oct 15: MAM College Jammu and Government College for Women (GCW) Gandhi Nagar lifted the title trophies in the (Kho-Kho) Blaze Sports Tournament, organised by the Cluster University of Jammu, here.
The Final matches of the event were held at GCW Gandhi Nagar, here.
Prof Bhopinder Singh, Dean Engineering and Technology, Cluster University of Jammu graced the occasion as the chief guest.
In women’s section, GCW Gandhi Nagar beat GGM Science College in a close contest by one point to win the title, while in men’s section, MAM College defeated SPMR College of Commerce by one innings and 1 point.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Dr Vinod Bakshi Sports Coordinator CLUJ and also Physical Director, GGM Science College, Prof Sunil Uppal, Associate Dean Students Welfare ,Prof. Surinder Sharma, Sumnesh Sharma, Physical Director MAM College, Ajaz Malik, Physical Director SPMR College of Commerce, Dr Roopali Salathia, Physical Director GCW Gandhi Nagar Jammu and Anil Assistant Physical Director.
The matches were officiated by Pooja Sharma, Sahil Dev Singh, Shibali Bhau and Sandeep Singh.
