Inter-Collegiate Volleyball Tournament

JAMMU, Oct 15: Government Degree Colleges (GDCs) of Bhaderwah, Sunderbani, Banihal and Jindrah registered convincing wins over their rivals on the second day in the Inter Collegiate Volleyball (M) Tournament 2019-20, being organized by the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu at Varsity Volleyball court, here.
Earlier, GDC Bhaderwah defeated GDC Paloura by (2-0) by 25-22, 29-27, while GDC Sunderbani beat Bhaskar Degree College Udhampur by (2-1) by 25-23, 23-25 & 17-15.
GDC Banihal drubbed PG Department by (2-1) by 25-23, 20-25, 15-11 and GDC Jindrah got the better of GDC Ramban by (2-0) by 30-28, 25-21.
The matches were officiated by a technical panel of VFI Qualified Referees including Amit Sharma, Amarjit Singh, Mulkh Raj, Manik Nargotra and Shubham Sharma.
The Inter Collegiate Volleyball (M) Tournament 2019-20 was organized under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu.
