JAMMU, Aug 4: KVS Social Science Exhibition-cum-National Integration Camp at Sub-Regional Level which started at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Gandhi Nagar, concluded with zeal and enthusiasm today with declaration of the results of the competitions and selection of the participants and their exhibits for Regional Level Competition.
On the occasion, TR Choudhary, Principal, KV No.1, Gandhi Nagar, was the chief guest.
Presence of 570 students and 60 escorts from 21 Vidyalayas of Udhampur, Akhnoor and Jammu Cluster reflected their zeal and enthusiasm to participate in different activities.
Different competitions of Group Dances, Group Songs, Skit, Debate, Quiz and Exhibits were conducted during the event.
The Judges for different activities gave their judgment.
It was emphasized that such events act as perfect platform from where future citizens are launched on whom the country and world can count upon. All activities, with the assigned themes mesmerized the judges and audience.
The event came to closure with awarding the participants and selecting them for Regional Level Competition. TR Choudhary, Principal KV No.1 Jammu, blessed the participants.
In Group Dance Competition, first position was clinched by KV Miran Sahib, while in Group Song Competition, KV Hiranagar emerged winner, in Skit Competition, KV Jyotipuram bagged first position and in Quiz Competition, KV No. 1 Jammu secured first position.
