JAMMU, Feb 19: Kidzee Roopnagar Enclave today celebrated Annual Day with great enthusiasm by organising a colourful cultural event at Abhinav theatre here.
Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation was the chief guest on the occasion. Dr Arun Manhas, Director Samagra, Kapil Singh Chib Corporator ward no 64 and Dr Anil Gupta Sr Assistant Prof University of Jammu and Joint Secretary Indian Institute of Public Administration, Jammu were guests of honour on the occasion.
The young toddlers of the school presented several colourful cultural items with great patriotic fervour which enthralled the large gathering comprising parents and prominent people of the society. They also presented a theatrical play on Five Elements of Life.
Addressing the gathering, the Mayor JMC emphasized on the importance of a mother in the life of a child, early childhood, developing good habits and importance of balance diet.
Apart from this, he also highlighted the various achievements and good work done by the central government, led by the popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the last five years in the field of education in general and girl education in particular.
The Principal of the school Amit Pathania, in his address, gave a detailed view of the progress made by the Kidzee Roopnagar Enclave in short span.
Dr Arun Manhas, while addressing the gathering, said it is the prime responsibility of parents to imbibe good ethics and encourage them for communal harmony.
Dr Anil Gupta, in his address, laid stress on identifying the unique qualities among students.
Mementos and Medallions were presented to the brilliant students besides the highlights of the year were shared with the gathering.
