JAMMU, Oct 20: The School management, teachers and staff of Kids Planet Public School celebrated the Grandparents Day with pomp and show, here today.
The objective of the day was to keep the cultural heritage of the society alive by feeding the grandchildren with the significant qualities of care and share.
Neeru Sharma, Senior Executive Help Age India was the guest of honour, who gave lecture to the grandparents on the occasion.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chairperson Rohit Gupta and Principal Mona Gupta.
A large number of games were played by the grandparents on the occasion.
The event was organized by Coordinator of the Kindergarten, Nitasha Gupta, who also presented vote of thanks.
