AKHNOOR, May 26: Continuing with the tradition of entertaining the mothers, the entire Kids Planet family gathered and organised mother talent hunt in order to celebrate the essence of womanhood.
The function was unveiled by welcome speech of vice principal, Rita Manhas. Thereafter the anchors Sonia Gupta and Gunjan Sapolia made the show lively and took the mothers to the world of fun. The event was marked by number of activities including fancy dress competition, tambola, one minute game shows, surprises, games, statue dance etc.
A stunning dance performance was presented by the teachers of the school which left all mothers jovial.
In the beginning fancy dress competition was held where number of mother participated with great enthusiasm and fervor. Arushi Sharma, mother of Ananya bagged first position in fancy dress competition while Anu Bhau mother of Tejaswani and Suman Rajput mother of Rudhar Partap Singh bagged second and third position respectively. Thereafter along with the games “Best Mother 2014”contest was held and Ekta Balgotra mother of Anvesha won the trophy of Best Mother 2014.
At last the winners of all the games and surprises were felicitated on the occasion by the school Principal Mona Gupta. The event was organised by primary co-ordinator Aarti Nagpal for which she put lots of efforts to make the event successful.
