JAMMU, Mar 9: Kids Campus, International Pre-School Channi Himmat celebrated its 2nd Annual Day at GCW Auditorium, Gandhi Nagar, here today.
The function started with lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest S S Jamwal, Head Department of History, University of Jammu, while Nisitish Arora, All India Radio, Chairman and Ghanshyam Gupta were present on the occasion.
The auditorium echoed with the Ganesh Vandana presented by the little kids for auspiciousness, prosperity and abundance.
Aditi Gupta, Principal of the School presented the welcome address and emphasized that activities planned and executed in the school throughout the year are always to take out the real potential for all round development of every child studying here.
Everybody appreciated acting skills of the little ones in the Skit “Who will bell the Cat”. The Jr KG Kids performed on the famous Lungi Dance whereas a Rajasthani Folk Dance was performed by Sr KG Girls.
Chief guest in his Address appreciated the efforts put on the little kids and lauded the school management for exploiting the real innocence and potential of these kids.
Later prizes were distributed by the chief guest and the guest of honour. Certificates were also handed over to the kids who graduated from the School.
Somika Aggarwal conducted the proceedings of the programme, while the vote of thanks was presented by Ridham Gupta.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Prof Chetna Gupta, GGM Science College, Romesh Gupta, President AIHPLB, CA, Ravi Kumar Gupta, President YBA and Deepak Sethi, Member “Mother the Nature”.
