POONCH, Dec 6: Khalsa Senior drubbed Iqbal Football Club by 3-2 goals in the inaugural tie of the Shaheed Manjeet Singh Memorial Football Tournament, being organized by Alama Iqbal Football Welfare Society in collaboration with youth committee.
SSP Poonch who was the chief guest on the occasion declared open the tournament. In his address, SSP asked the youth to participate in the sports activities to keep their body mentally and physically fit.
Sheikh Abdul Rashid while speaking highlighted the contribution of DySP Manjeet Singh towards society and people of the district.
Prof Fateh Mohammad Abassi and DC Poonch Sajjad Ahmed Khan also expressed their views.
