JAMMU, Sept 16: KC Sports Club, Jammu, a world-class sports facility is organizing 16-overs a side indoor cricket tournament in its cricket hall from last week of September, here.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Club possesses a mega cricket hall, the first of its kind in the State, having a total of 9 strips with 4 spinning tracks and 5 fast bowling wickets.
According to the organizers, each team will comprise of 8 players and each over will be of 8 balls.
The entry fee for the tournament is Rs 5000, which should be submitted with former Ranji trophy player and cricket coach, Ravi Sharma by or before September 22, 2014.
Apart from trophies and individual prizes, the winners will be receiving a cash prize of Rs 10,000 along with free of cost membership for Gym of KC Sports Club for a period of one month.
“There will be different rules and regulations for this unique cricket tourney and the participating teams will be made aware of the same well before the commencement of the same,” informed Arjun Choudhary, Managing Director of the Club.
