JAMMU, Nov 20: Thrashing their rivals in both boys and girls categories in the summit clash, KC Public School lifted the title trophy in the Inter-School Basketball Tournament, organized by the Management of KC Public School, here.
The teams drawn from various CBSE affiliated Schools of Jammu participated in the event which had begun on November 11, 2013 on league-cum knockout basis.
Navin Aggarwal, Director General Youth Services Sports was the chief guest on the valedictory function, while Principal KC Public School, Amarendra Mishra presented welcome address.
The chief guest presented trophies, awards and certificates to the winners, runners-up and other participating teams.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Aggarwal lavished praise for the organizers in holding the event, which simply serves as a launching pad for budding players to explore their skill.
