JPPF announces team of volunteers

JAMMU, Mar 29: Jammu Province People’s Forum (JPPF) in a meeting chaired by Pavitar Singh (Retd District and Session Judge) has decided to assist the government by extending its services for any assignments pertaining to COVID-19 pandemic as the administration deems fit.
It was further discussed in the meeting that it is not possible for the administration alone to handle all issues on its own.
“Therefore JPPF has constituted a team of volunteers and requested the administration to assign any duty to them so that deprived public could also be provided with the necessary supplies,” speakers in the meeting said.
JPPF has named the team members as M.S Katoch, Balwan Singh, Charanjeet, Avinash Bhatia, S. Harjinder Singh, Girdhari Lal, Resham Singh, Pawan Sharma, Pritam Sharma, S. Gurmeet Singh, Surinder Veer and Vijay Kumar.
It was also discussed that all precautionary guidelines like social distancing, hygiene, sanitization, cleanliness etc issued by the government should be strictly followed in true letter and spirit.
