Jodhamal students enjoy 10-day Mumbai-Goa Trip

JAMMU, Nov 13: The students of Jodhamal School enjoyed a unique experience of going to 10-day Mumbai-Goa Trip, wherein the kids learnt a lot regarding education and allied things.
The Trip was as a part of Experiential Learning Experimentation by Jodhamal Management.
A total of 40 students from classes 8th to 11th were part of the group. Four teachers escorted the group to supervise and guide the f students.  The teachers were also assisted by the Assistant Teachers from UK-Rebekah Jaireme and Lourene Bridgeman. Overall the Trip was uneventful and very enjoyable.
After leaving Jammu on the first day Morning the group reached Mumbai late night the next day. By the time they checked into the hotel it was well past 11 at night. Next day they went for local sightseeing in Mumbai.  Among the various places they visited were famous Juhu Beach, Nehru Science Center, popular actor Shah Rukh  Khan ‘s bungalow etc .
On the second day, the students were taken to Essel World Resort. On reaching the resort children were very excited to find many rides and challenging games. Water Kingdom a part of this resort had many water games and rides; some of them were very scary. But the brave JMPIANS showed no fear. Full day students enjoyed different rides and games.
Next day they proceeded to Goa by train from CST Mumbai railway station. It was a full day journey. They started their first day in Goa with a visit to historical Aguda Fort. back.
On the second day in Goa the tour guide took the group for visiting the famous Chruch of Goa known as Bom Jesus Church.
After reaching Mumbai the kids moved to the historical & landmark of Mumbai known as Gate-Way of India. On the way students were also shown around the CST station formally known as Victoria Terminius.
The Teacher escorts included Urmila Koul as the Incharge Teacher accompanied by Leelawati Bist, Balwinder Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Parminder Kaur.
