JAMMU, Jan 2: A team of Jodhamal Public School shined at the National Quiz 2023 competition which was organized by Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) in New Delhi.
Twenty State-winning teams from across the country participated in it. As a precursor to this National Level Quiz, one day prior to the Quiz, all quizzes were taken on a guided heritage walk to the Lodhi Gardens led by Nanki Kaur, Vaishnavi Singh and Abhishek Das of Heritage Education and Communication Service (HECS) division of INTACH.
Purnima Datt, Principal Director (HECS) welcomed everyone and talked about the different national programmes and projects which were followed by an interaction session by Member Secretary Dr C T Misra, IAS (Retd). The Jodhamal School team stood second in their group round. Both the Jodhamal quizzers had undergone stiff competitions at the city level in Jammu and the State level in Himachal Pradesh and won these rounds to be eligible to participate in the National Level at New Delhi. They were mentored by Deepali Sharma and Namrata Sharma.
