JKSC allots training hall for Kickboxing

JAMMU, Apr 14: Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council (JKSC) has allotted an independent training facility to the game of Kickboxing at the New Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here today.
Soon after completing the required formalities, the hall was allotted to the Kick Boxing Association of J&K (KAJK) by the Divisional Sports Officer, Ashok Singh in the presence of Manager Indoor Complex, Satish Gupta.
“Finally, the Secretary Sports Council was kind enough to allot the game of kickboxing much needed space within the sports hub of MA Stadium. The entire fraternity of Kick Boxing in J&K expressed thanks to Secretary Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul for her efforts in identifying and allotting the space to train the young talent,” said general secretary of the KAJK, Abhishek Jain.
“Now, the Association will start training sessions of senior players in the presence of office bearers of the Association,” said Jain.
“The support from the Sports Council shall go a long way in spreading the game of Kickboxing to the District level with the advance training facility at Jammu city. The Association has already chalked out a comprehensive plan for the growth and development of the game,” said the general secretary.
