JAMMU, Sept 20: Prinkle Singh, ace Lawn Tennis player of Jammu and Kashmir today sailed into the semifinal in the singles event of under-18 Super Series, All India Ranking Tournament at Harvest Tennis Academy Jassowal, Ludhiana in Punjab.
Prinkle Singh also reached final in doubles event.
In the quarterfinal, Prinkle defeated Rai of Delhi by 6-1 6-4, while in the pre-quarterfinal, She thrashed Anushka Sharma of Haryana by score 6-0, 6 -1,
In the first round, she got the better of Rajesh Salkar Nikita of Maharashtra by 6-2 6-1, while in doubles, Prinkle Singh in partnership with Sarah Dev of Punjab, won quarterfinal by defeated Zaffar Rana of Assam/ Mohapatra of West Bengal by 6 6-1 6-0, while in the semifinal, the duo defeated Khanna of Delhi and Singla of Haryana by 6-3 6-4.
