JAMMU, Jan 29: In the lone match played today in the ongoing KC Sports Club Cricket Tournament, sponsored by KC Hyundai, Jammu, JKP XI registered win over Yenkeyes Cricket Club (YCC) by 142 runs.
Batting first, JKP XI set a target of 211 runs in stipulated 20 overs. Top batsman for JKP XI was Puneet who scored 52 runs while Rajesh Gill contributed 40 runs to the total. From the bowling side, Shanker took 2 wickets and Roel clinched 2 wickets.
In reply, Yenkeyes Cricket Club was bundled out in 13.4 overs and managed to score only 69 runs. Manpreet scored 17 runs. Rajesh Gill was declared as man of the match.
The match was officiated by Sohail, Sandeep Manjanda and Suresh.
