J&K Archery team leaves for Bhopal

SRINAGAR, Jan 24: J&K Field Archery team left for Bhopal Madhya Pradesh to participate in the upcoming 13th FAAI National Championship, scheduled to be held from January 26 to 29.
A total of 18 participants including one team coach and one team manager were part of the team. The team was selected after going through trials and a coaching camp held at Srinagar.
“We hope that the J&K team will bring laurels to the Union Territory,” said Mukhtar Rasool Bhat, general secretary of the Association.
The contingent is supported by The Legends School of Education. Imran Shah, Chairman of the School said that the School will always be at the forefront to promote the sport of Archery in Jammu and Kashmir.
