Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua organises Leadership Programme

KATHUA, Aug 7: Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua held a vibrant leadership programme to formally introduce the newly elected Students Council for the academic session 2025-26.
The event celebrated the spirit of leadership, accountability, and student empowerment. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Bharat Bhushan (MLA Kathua) as chief guest, Rajeev Abrol (CEO Kathua) as guest of honour and Dr. Priyanka Sodani, Associate Professor at GMC Kathua, as Special Invitee, along with Anjana Manyal, Harpreet Singh Anand (Chairman, Jammu Sanskriti Schools), and Ravinder Kumar Sharma.
The highlight of the event was the pledge led by Principal Mili R. Sumbria, where the newly elected members committed themselves to uphold the values of the school. The Student Council comprises Urvi Singh as Head Girl, Tanmay Sharma as Head Boy, Arshiya Braroo as Vice Head Girl and Parth Sharma as Vice Head Boy. Thakur Ranbir Singh and Harshit Singh Jamwal were named Sports Captain and Vice Sports Captain, respectively. House Captains and Vice Captains include Ridhima Sharma, Sehrish Jahan, Vanshika Rajput, Shireen Kundal, Rajan Sharma, Tayyab Qadir, Priyanshika Jasrotia and Harsumeet Kaur. Club Incharges are Upasana Sharma, Pakeezah, Kamakshi Kundan, Kashish Sharma, Niharika Sharma, Pallavi Choubey, Spranjal Jasrotia and Aksa Farooq. The programme concluded with cultural performances and a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Urvi Singh, marking a proud and memorable day for the school.
