JAMMU, Nov 2: Jammu Predator emerged victorious against Safran Cricket Club in a thrilling final of the 6-T Game of Joy tournament at Country Cricket Stadium, Jammu.
Jammu Predator set a target of 183/7 in 20 overs, powered by Atul’s explosive 85 off 51 balls, Ujwal’s 34 off 16, and Yogesh’s rapid 18 off 3 balls. Safran’s Sahil Vaid took 3 wickets, Sarthak Khoda 2, and Pradeep 1.
Chasing 184, Safran fell short at 163. Lazit Sharma scored 52 off 32 balls, Chandan 50 off 38 and Sukhi 25 off 19, but Jammu Predator’s bowlers, led by Ashwani, ensured the win.
Musaib of ATCC was declared “Man of the Series” and “Best Batsman,” while Rohit Sharma of Amigos was named “Best Bowler.” The tournament, organized under Vikrant Sharma and Sarthak Khoda, featured teams Amigos, JMCC, ATCC and BCC.
