BARAMULLA, July 16: 1st Trilok Singh Mmeorial Hockey Tournament got underway at Degree College Hockey ground, here today.
The first match was played between Shopian Hockey Club and Uplina Sports Club.
Uplina Sports Club won the match by two goals to one (2-1). Mandeep Singh and Sanjeet Singh scored the goals from Uplina Sports Club, while Ahib Yousuf was the goal scorer from Shopian Hockey Club.
Jaipal Singh, Director Fisheries was the chief guest on the opening ceremony, while RGN Wani, Jt Secretary Hockey J&K was present on the occasion.
The organizing secretary of this tournament was Ravi Raj Singh Vice President Hockey J&K.
