BHADERWAH, Sept 13: Islamia Middle School, Bhaderwah celebrated its golden jubilee with fervour and enthusiasm, here today. SDM Bhaderwah Mohd Anwar Banday was chief guest on the occasion where as President Anjuman Islamia Bhaderwah Khairat Hussain Frash was guest of honour and Abdul Quyoom Moghal Chairman of the school management committee , alumni Gulam Rasool Ganai , Nashir Ahmed Batt , Ghulam Rasool Rangraz , Yasir Khateeb , Tanveer Ahmed Dev, Rubia Naaz Organizer Holy Hock School , Bhaderwah and other were special invitees on the occasion.
Principal of the School, Zubair Ahmed Wani delivered an introductory speech and read the report about the activities and also welcomed the distinguished guests.
SDM Bhaderwah Mohd Anwar Banday said School has been doing exceedingly well to achieve the aim of the objectives of the institution as large number of the alumni have also joined have joined the IAS, KAS, IIT, Banking services etc, and most of them are presently holding prestigious positions and some have received age of superannuation.
During the function best student for speech were awarded to Sabrin Bano , Amir Ayan for Naat Khawani , Umra Nisar , Heema Batt , Shazia Bano as brilliant student of the year ,Adil Rashid as disciplined student and other students were also awarded with mementos and cash and alumni were also felicitated by school management with prizes.
