JAMMU, Dec 25: Inter School Sports Spark was organized at Government High School, Kaluchak under the aegis of Bharti Foundation.
Students from 10 nearby schools participated in various events like Kho Kho, Tug of War, various races, etc.
Sonam Dolkar, Senior Headmaster led the event along with the organizing committee of Sports Spark.
Suneela Sharma Assistant Director Planning in CEO Office Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion, while Anil Bhat, Project Head Bharti Foundation, J&K and Ladakh was the guest of honour. He spoke about the importance of sports in developing life skills in a child’s life.
Sohail Kazmi, eminent journalist was also the guest of honour who while speaking stressed upon the students to take part in sports and other co-curricular activities for their all round development.
Ritu Bansal, Academic Mentor Bharti Foundation delivered vote of thanks.
