UDHAMPUR, May 15: District Level Inter-School Tournament for boys and girls Under-14 and Under-17 years in the disciplines of Speedball and Yoga concluded at Subash Stadium, here.
Sukh Dev Singh, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Udhampur was the chief guest on the occasion.
72 boys and girls drawn from 4 Schools of Udhampur took part in the Tournament.
The winners in speedall Under-14 boys included Sarabjeet Chand, Rakesh Singh, Vishal Dogra, Sahil Anthal, Karan Singh, Vikrant Singh, Aditya Partap, Prashant, Tushar Sharma and Vishavjeet, while in speedball Under-14 girls, those who emerged winners included Mehroon Akhtar and Shilpa Baloria.
The matches were officiated by Sunny Nanda, general secretary Speedball Association J&K, Manika Sharma, Sahil Janjua, Aditiya Singh, Aman Ittan, Surinder Gupta, Kanchan Bala, Shakti Devi, Nirmal, Sanjeev Kumar, Makhan Singh and Nitin Rathore.
