JAMMU, Jan 29: An Inter-School competition was organized for pre- primary classes of JK Montessori Senior Secondary School with great enthusiasm, interest and zeal, here.
A large number of schools participated in this competition with over 50 students.
The main aim of the competition was to inculcate to develop communication skills and creativity of the children.
Different types of activities like hop race by class nursery, colouring race by LKG and Fancy dress by the students of UKG were held on the occasion.
The little champs were good at conceptual, creativity and communicative skills and were judged on the basis of intonation, expression, pronunciation and diction.
From class nursery, 1st prize was bagged by Ayush Ohri of Co-operative Public School, while 2nd prize was secured by Paras Sharma of Co-operative Public School and The 3rd prize was clinched by Ashman Sharma of Flower Kids Play Way School.
In coloring Race of class LKG ,1st prize was won by Kanan Gupta of Flower Kids School, 2nd position was secured by Mahi of Co-operative Public School and the 3rd position was claimed by Ayush of co-operative Public school .
Similarly, from class UKG in Fancy dress, 1st prize was won by Ananya Gupta of Flower Kids Play Way School, 2nd prize was secured by Arun Sharma of Co-operative Public School and 3rd prize was bagged by Yuvi Langer of Flower Kids School.
Managing Director of School, Sanjeev Gupta and Director Academics, Rajni Gupta lauded the efforts of the students as well as the teachers for their brilliant performances.
