JAMMU, Sept 7: Two days ‘Funathon’ being organized by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu commenced today.
Funathon takes place every year. This event embarks the enthusiasm and sports spirit of the students to greater heights.
Funathon 3.0, which is organized by the Sports Committee of IIM Jammu started with an auction which included almost 80 players.
The base price for each player is 10,000 points and every team has a constraint to spend a maximum of 2,75,000 only. These eighty players were distributed in eight different teams through this auction process.
Students will be taking part in various outdoor sports like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball and indoor games like Carrom, Chess. High frame digital game like Counter-Strike has added variety into the event this year.
